Friday Videos: GoNoodle

On cold and rainy days and even for a break on warm and sunny days, we've tried to find videos where the kids can move around a little. Enter GoNoodle, with the description "movement and mindfulness videos created by child development experts." Perfect! Here are three of my favorites that are really, really, really catchy for kids and grown-ups who like to pretend that they're kids sometimes.
