I have no clue on 4. I think 8 is from the E Street Band, but I'm blanking on his name.
Number 10 is definitely Jeff Conaway of Grease fame & Celebrity Rehab notoriety.
E Street Band would be Clarence Clemons.
Is there a term for the phenomenon when someone tells you someone famous just died and you had thought they died years ago?
There should be. Happens to me all the time.

Evil Twin - Clarence Clemons is also correct. I like deja-death. That should be a thing.
