Congrats to Ric Blas

I haven't had a chance to write about Ric Blas, a friend of Sean's Ramblings and former (and hopefully future) Olympian, much since the 2008 Olympics in Beijing. However, a few weeks ago, Blas won a silver medal in the men's plus-100 kilogram weight class at the U.S. Open of Judo in San Jose, CA. Blas dominated in his first three matches before falling to Cedric Medeuf in a close final.
