    What's up with the freaky headless dude at the bottom of the map?

    I find it hard the believe that Western side of North Carolina is Pirate Country!

    I believe that the headless guy is the ghost of Doug Frobel. Actually, I think this entire map was a Nike creation, so they are advertising a sweatshirt.
